Most first years apply to things they can't really picture. INSIDE is ninety minutes with Deloitte colleagues explaining what Audit, Tax, Consulting and Advisory involve day to day, so you can work out whether you want it. The reward for turning up is that you can apply before the public window opens in late November.

Manchester is where the programme runs, not where you'd work

The Finance programme takes place in Manchester and Advisory in London, but that's two days, not your future. Deloitte hires across the UK, and where the Spring programme is hosted has no bearing on where you'd end up. Choose the career area, not the postcode. Reasonable travel and accommodation are covered wherever you're based.

Applying early is the advantage. Being seen is the second one.

This isn't a webinar you sit through with your camera off.

Deloitte's early careers team is in the room. Attendees who engage, ask sharp questions and show they've done the thinking get noticed, and the strongest are flagged directly to the team.

Come with a question ready. Combined with an application already in before the public window, it is the cheapest advantage you'll get this cycle.
